Our Providers

Constanza Ibanez Fox, MD received her medical degree from Universidad de Antioquia in Medellin Colombia. She completed the pediatric residency program at the Marshfield Clinic-University of Wisconsin. Subsequently she worked at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana until moving to Michigan after hurricane Katrina.

She started Fox Pediatrics in 2015. She enjoys teaching the Family Practice residents from the Michigan-MSU program, medical students and nurse practitioner students.

One of the highlights of her life is going to different countries on medical mission trips. These have included missions with Operation Smile, to Bolivia, Peru, and Honduras; with Assemblies of God to Haiti and Nigeria; and with CMDA-GHO to Honduras, El Salvadore, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Kenya. She loves using her medical skills and showing God’s love to the poor.
